Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Aether & Co. designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Aether & Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, losses resulting from customer error at checkout (incorrect address, size, or quantity), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.


Privacy & Data

Data collected: Name, email, shipping address, and payment details necessary to fulfill orders.
Data use: Used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and (with consent) marketing communications. Never sold to third parties.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from a purchase with Aether & Co. shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at kstands4k@justk.org. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in Virginia.

By purchasing from Aether & Co., customers waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to their purchase.
